This is the only 6000 BTU inverter air conditioner I know of. When you first turn it on, it uses about 750 watts of power, but after about 10 minutes, it decreases to around 200 watts. The advantage of having an inverter air conditioner is that it operates on very little power and can cool a space of up to 260 square feet. I've tried it out in my RV (18ft), and it works great. Additionally, it's much quieter than a typical roof air conditioner, about 10 times quieter. By the way, I don't recommend using 12-volt roof air conditioners with solar power because they use too much energy, which isn't efficient for a small battery or solar setup.
